Patrice Calvayrac
Chief Financial Officer
In 2019, Patrice Calvayrac joined Teoxane as Group Chief Financial Officer, also overseeing Internal Audit. Prior to joining Teoxane, he spent two decades at Galderma, where he held progressively more challenging leadership roles. Notably, he served as Group Controller and previously managed finance functions across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, gaining extensive expertise in accounting, controlling, financial planning, and M&A activities. Before that, he spent a decade at PwC Paris leading audits for international groups in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Patrice holds an accounting degree and is a graduate of IFAG Paris business school.
Can Ongen
Chief Operating Officer
A trained pharmacist and MBA holder, Can Ongen’s expertise in entering and developing markets, creating commercial and marketing strategies, developing high-performing organizations, and talent acquisition distinguished him at Alcon and Nestle Skin Health/Galderma. He brings more than 30 years of global executive experience to his position as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads our global commercial and marketing organizations.
Pascal Brice
Chief Technical Officer
Agricultural engineer by training, Pascal Brice distinguished himself at Allergan for 19 years, contributing to the development and production of hyaluronic acid gels. In 2021, he joins Teoxane as Chief Technical Officer, with the task of helping it to become one of the world leaders in hyaluronic acid-based cosmetic and injectable products.
Anne Jaeckin
Chief Human Resources Officer
Anne Jaeckin oversees Teoxane’s HR strategy, driving our commitment to international growth and a high-performing, people-centered culture. A seasoned HR executive with leadership experience across global companies such as BD, Avery Dennison, and COTY, Anne is known for her ability to build inclusive workplaces that empower teams. Her expertise spans both commercial and production environments, making her instrumental in positioning HR as a strategic pillar for Teoxane’s continued expansion.
